Account Manager

At Paint Masters of Ga, Inc an Account Manager will act as the point of contact for our valued customers. They will be responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with an emphasis in customer service and ensuring that customer accounts receive requested products and service in a timely manner. They will also participate in strategy and sales targets for new business in addition to managing their ongoing books of business to achieve monthly sales goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build relationships with customers based on trust and respect
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain product value

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Collision Center or Dealership Management experience
  • At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in automotive coatings or related sales
  • New business development skills in order to work with prospects and close sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly sales goals
  • Excellent verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
  • Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus but is not required

Administrative Assistant

At Paint Masters of Ga, Inc. Administrative Assistant will provide a range of clerical and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This will include but not limited to accounting, payroll, correspondence, filing, office errands, employee on-boarding and analyzing and reporting applicable data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheets, database, or presentation software.
  • Payroll service liaison to enroll, report and manage payroll service.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Accounts payable to include verifying and processing incoming requests for payment
  • Financial reporting to CPA with monthly reports of coding for income and expenses
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining and filing records, errands to bank and post office, annual permit and license renewals.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Proficient knowledge of email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other applicable software.
  • Team player with exceptional customer service skills

Counter Representative

At Paint Masters of Ga, Inc a Counter Representative will perform routine duties as they relate to providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact in facilitating the retail sales process. They will utilize the store’s Point of Sale systems to serve our retail and professional auto body customer base. In addition, they will pull items from stock, mix paint, enter billing and credit invoices and reconcile the cash register.

Delivery Driver

At Paint Masters of GA, Inc a Delivery Driver will load, transport and deliver items to our valued customers in a safe and courteous manner, reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accurate customer fulfillment. Delivery routes could in include on-demand, loop delivery or scheduled shuttle. When not transporting, they will assist the warehouse with receiving and checking incoming freight and organizing stock.

Store Manager

At Paint Masters of Ga, Inc a Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a store operations, including leadership, customer service, merchandising, inventory, sales and coordinating deliveries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • A Store Manager must be committed to inspiring our team, helping our customers succeed and growing our business goals.
  • Manage store operations including sales and performance reports on a daily basis.

Warehouse Representative

At Paint Masters of GA, Inc a Warehouse Representative will receive/check-in daily freight and note shipping discrepancies and load pallets in a safe and efficient manner. Pallets must be loaded in such a way to prevent damages and errors and stock/re-stock shelves with parts from received shipments.

  • Operate rider pallet jack & forklift and other equipment consistent with safety guidelines to transport products throughout warehouse
  • Stage pallets for loading on proper dock door locations
  • Load pallets as needed
  • Frequently lift products ranging in weight from 1 to 100 lbs
  • Frequently bending, twisting, and reaching to retrieve items from upper, middle and lower levels of shelving racks
  • Shrink-wrap pallets in accordance with established standards
  • Follow established sanitation standards
  • Required to work varying schedules to ensure shipment of all customer orders as determined by business needs (this may include weekends).

  • Ability to develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques relevant to this function.
